All new enquiries will be answered via WhatsApp chat within 24 to 72 hours.
You may choose your plan as per your goal and current medical condition. For further guidance, feel free to reach out to us over WhatsApp.
Once you have paid the fees for your selected plan, kindly allow us some time and remain patient. We will get back to you with confirmation and relevant details.
Our plans are professionally designed, sustainable, and result-oriented, yet we do not guarantee results. Outcomes depend entirely on an individual’s metabolism and consistency in following the prescribed diet plan or workout routine.
For best results, we expect you to follow your diet and workout routine as suggested.
Working hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST (Monday to Saturday).
Non-working day: Sunday.
Any queries raised outside working hours will be responded to during working hours only.
All queries will be resolved via WhatsApp chat under the guidance of Vijay Kumar Sir.
We have limited slots each month, so plans cannot start on random dates. Slots are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
After enrolling, you will receive your plan one day prior to your slot start date.
To track progress, you are required to share daily meal photos and weekly weight updates. Failure to provide updates may delay your next meal plan.
Clients are responsible for sending progress updates; we will not call to remind you.
For any changes in your diet plan, kindly notify us via WhatsApp chat and adjustments will be made accordingly.
Customization of diet plans is limited; not all cuisines or preferences can be accommodated due to result-oriented structuring.
Clients can schedule two call consultations per month with Vijay Kumar Sir, but prior appointment booking is mandatory.
Once enrolled, our services are considered redeemed.
Fees once paid are Non-refundable and Non-transferable.
In unavoidable circumstances, if you cannot continue, your plan may be put on hold and resumed within 6 months.
We maintain a respectful and positive environment. Any client using abusive language or showing disrespect towards our team may have their plan terminated immediately without refund.
